One fillable PDF, no sign-up.

The fields stay editable, so you or someone else can change the answers later.

Nothing is uploaded. Author, software and other hidden details are removed from the saved file.

  • No ads

  • No daily limit
  • Nothing uploaded

Several steps, or a whole batch? Chain this with other tools in a Workflow and run them in one go.

Filled or flattened

A filled form keeps its fields, so you or the next person can still change the answers. Flattening paints the answers onto the page and removes the fields, which is what you want before sending, merging or printing to a portal that mangles forms.

Forms this can’t fill

Some forms are built with Adobe XFA, a format only Adobe apps understand. If the file has no ordinary fields behind it, we say so and can’t fill it. The IRS forms we tried, the W-9 and the 1040, carry both, and those work: the XFA part is removed and the ordinary fields are filled.

Letters outside Western European alphabets

Answers are written with the form’s standard font, which covers English and most Western European letters. Text in other scripts can’t be written into the form here yet.

Your files stay with you

Your PDFs are opened and saved on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and you don’t need an account. Close the tab and they’re gone.
