Date and initials
Nothing is uploaded. This adds a picture of your signature, not a certificate-based digital signature. Author, software and other hidden details are removed.

Several steps, or a whole batch? Chain this with other tools in a Workflow and run them in one go.
A signature on the page, not a certificate
This puts a visible signature on the page, the same result as printing, signing and scanning, without the printer. It is not a certificate-based digital signature, which records who signed and shows whether anything changed afterwards. If the sender asks for a digital signature, use the service they name.
Drawn signatures stay sharp
A drawn signature goes into the PDF as lines, not as a picture, so it prints crisply and doesn’t blur when you zoom in. Typed and uploaded signatures go in as pictures with a see-through background, so the page shows through around the ink.
Initials on every page
Place your initials once, pick them, and copy them to every page in one click. Each copy sits the same distance from the page corner, even when pages differ in size.
PDFs that are already signed
If a PDF already carries a digital signature, saving any change breaks it, and the tool warns you as soon as it finds one.
Hidden details come off
Every PDF you save here leaves without its document details: author, title, the app that made it, creation dates and embedded XMP data. Taking them out doesn’t change anything on the pages.
Password-protected PDFs
A PDF that needs a password to open, or that is locked against changes, can’t be edited here. If you know its password, take the protection off first with our Unlock PDF tool, then add it back with Protect PDF.
Your files stay with you
Your PDFs are opened and saved on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and you don’t need an account. Close the tab and they’re gone.
From our tests
- A drawn signature vs a digital signature in a PDF
A drawn signature is a few curves on the page; a certificate signature is a checksum of the whole file.
- What your PDF says about you, from ten real files
Ten PDFs opened: author codes, app versions, dates and an add-in ID nobody meant to publish.
